Fiorella is a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to helping others find balance, strength, and inner peace. Her journey with yoga began over 10-years ago, prompted by physical health challenges she now considers blessings - they led her to discover yoga's transformative power on the body, mind and spirit.

Fiorella has founded Yogaskool with the mission of opening the magic of yoga to everyone regardless of their ability, age or background. She specializes in Chair-Yoga for seniors and people with mobility challenges, Desk-Yoga for workplace wellness, and Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga for those seeking strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

No matter where she is teaching yoga - in person at community venues, with corporate offices and online to a worldwide audience - her goal is to make movement simple, 'kool' and adaptable to each person's needs and lifestyle.

Why Yogaskool?

I believe yoga is for everyone - and by everyone I mean every human being on planet Earth. Yoga starts with the simple yet often forgotten act of becoming conscious of our breath - the ‘prana’, the vital-force carrying us through life. In breathing, we get the first steps toward a recognition of our inner essence, presence and wisdom.
Yoga is much more than a physical exercise; yoga is a way to a life of awareness and joy.  The practice is about moving, breathing, and feeling at home in your own body, mind and soul. Yoga is not about rigid rules, perfect poses or only for the flexible and young — it is for the spirited, the restless soul, the physically stiff, the silver-haired, and the real. 
With Yogaskool - whose name is a playful twist on the “coolness’’ and adaptability of yoga — the goal is to create an accessible place of curiosity, discovery and learning, where yoga is made kool, creative and enriching for everyone. Whether someone needs to just stretch at their desk, flow on a mat, or find balance in a chair, YogaSkool’ intention is to make yoga simple, enjoyable, and part of everyone’s everyday life.
